The Big Smoke BBQ Classes runs for 4 hours and methods of cooking  include pork, beef, lamb, seafood, chicken, smoked cheese and more. You will learn the secrets to a good brisket or the perfect steak, juicy wings or perfect pork ribs cooked over charcoal and more!

The class covers:

• fire and heat management
• rubs and sauces,
• different bbq methods, temperatures of food and bbq,
• different smoking woods.
• Meat selection and preparation,
• Processes and techniques of BBQ.

Make sure you bring your questions with you to ask the experts first hand.

The class is suited to first time BBQers  to more experienced people. It is also the perfect couples or group of friends day out.
